Overview of Duties

  • Provide chairside assistance to dentists during patient treatment
  • Greet & seat patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records – patient medical history
  • Polish and seal children's teeth at prevention visits, apply fluoride
  • Take x-rays
  • Supply ordering
  • Provide patient education
  • Other assorted duties that ensure the facility runs efficiently & safely

Qualified Candidates

  • Education/Qualifications: Graduates of a Dental Assisting Program. Currently licensed in the state of Minnesota
  • Required Skills: Proficient in the use of electronic medical records, patient scheduling and digital x-ray equipment; detail oriented with the ability to multi-task freely, and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills: Sensitivity to patient needs.
